Recycling Handknits

Apparently, I have created a monster!

The younger daughter discovered a sweater I had knit for her older sister a couple of (more like three) years ago.

The design is OWLS by Kate Davies.  I used Rowan Cocoon to knit it.  (Cindy, you were with me when I bought the yarn.  Do you remember?)

At the time, the older daughter was in school in north Texas and experiencing coldness and snow.

The only picture I had of her actually wearing it was a crappy cell phone shot from a dorm bathroom:

As you can see, the younger daughter was delighted to model it for me.

In case anyone was wondering, the younger did text the older and request permission to wear it.
