Gamine for me!

Just off the needles and not yet soaked or blocked is the Gamine for me!

Unfortunately, the dress over which this is being worn on the mannequin is pleated around the neckline and through the waist and hips, resulting in rather unflattering extra bulk; however, the sweater is perfect for me in every way!

Yarn: Classic Elite Waterlily in Delphinium 1979

Modifications:  I added three and a half inches to the length.  I omitted all waist shaping, and I dropped from a size 9 to a size 7 needle for the neck band.

I love the results so much, I may well be using the Petunia Waterlily I have to make another one!
